WHO Sri Lanka assigned the Marga Institute to evaluate a project jointly implemented by the WHO, UNDP, and UNV through local and foreign Team of Consultants. The goal of the project was to enhance the opportunities for young emerging leaders to participate in fostering social cohesion and driving development initiatives actively. The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the progress made in achieving the expected results, the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, and efficiency of progress made towards impact, sustainability management, and monitoring outlooks of the project. The Institute is expected to analyze how cross-cutting issues such as gender equality, women and youth volunteering, and climate change principles have been integrated into the implementation.
