Marga worked with International Consultants to review the UNDP work in the justice sector [JURE] project. The Support to Justice Sector Project (JURE), funded by the European Union and implemented by UNDP and UNICEF, is a vital initiative aimed at addressing longstanding challenges in Sri Lanka’s justice system.
These challenges include limited access to justice for vulnerable groups, an under-resourced legal system, slow judicial processes, and gaps in gender equality and human rights protections.
