The Institute completed the survey in November 2021. The research project comprised three components.
a) An online survey
b) A quantitative survey where a sample of 400 was interviewed concerning their last experience with a public institution
c) A mystery customer survey of 30 selected public institutions in Colombo,
Gampaha, Galle, Kurunegala, Kandy, Nuwaraeliya, Hatton, Ampara and Vavuniya Districts.
We have completed the data collection and are in the process of compiling the final report.
