The Institute completed the survey in November 2021. The research project comprised three components:
a) An online survey
b) A quantitative survey where a sample of 400 was interviewed concerning their last experience with a public institution
c) A mystery customer survey of 30 selected public institutions in Colombo, Gampaha, Galle, Kurunegala, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Hatton, Ampara, and Vavuniya Districts.
We had completed the data collection and were in the process of compiling the final report.
