Our collaborative efforts with Civil Society Organizations have resulted in comprehensive training programs, empowering them with essential skills for conducting rigorous research. These training modules cover crucial elements, including the cultivation of critical thinking, understanding the symbiotic relationship between critical thinking and research methodologies, adopting a critical approach to investigate and uncover the root causes of societal challenges, analysis of power structures, and comprehension of decision-making processes. Additionally, participants delve into the nuances of policy formulation. This training initiative promises to significantly enhance the capacity for evidence-based policy development at the local government level.
