We conducted an online training programme for the first time for UNDP programme staff and operational staff on Negotiation Skills on Zoom platform. This was conducted in three-hour sessions on four days between 21st and 24th of April 2020. Dr Nirmal de Silva, one of our young Consultants/ Trainers conducted the programme.
